Pathway 9

Developing strength, stamina and confident technique

Lane Swimming – Third Stage is designed for confident, capable swimmers who are ready to swim longer distances with control, efficiency and confidence.

Sessions remain structured and supportive, helping swimmers build endurance while continuing to refine technique. Progress is steady and purposeful, with a focus on resilience, good pacing and relaxed, efficient swimming.

This stage supports swimmers as they grow into strong, capable lane swimmers, without pressure or competition.

Who are these lessons for?

This pathway is suitable for:

  • Children who have achieved 200 metres and Angelfish 3
