It was sad to hear that a lot of parents, once again had lost money due to another swim school enrolling them, just for the course not to come to anything.
We heard about the news via a local outlet who had asked if we were able to help like we did when a similar thing had happened in Lichfield last year. This time the swim school in question had several pools around the midlands so there were a lot of children that were expecting lessons and parents that were expecting refunds...neither of which happened.
We were glad to help these parents and children, by offering them a free set of classes with us. We were also very happy to be able to hire some of their swimming teachers that met the high standards we have at Sue's Swim School.
In total we have managed to relocate nearly 100 families to our pools by putting on additional classes- meaning we still maintain the low swimmer to qualified teacher ratio.
