Badges and Awards: Ordering and Collecting

When your child achieves a badge, you will receive an automated email. If you cannot find it, please search your inbox for:

“Amazing swimmer alert!”

You can also check which badges your child has achieved that half term by logging into Swimphony and looking in the Awards and Achievements tabs:

Towards the end of each half term, we will collect the money for badges. We will email all parents with the exact dates for money collection.

Money can be dropped off at any of our pools while we are there:

Cardinal Wiseman: Mon to Fri: 4.30pm to 7.00pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 11.30am, Sunday: 9.00am to 11.30am

Whitehouse Common: Wednesday and Thursday: 4.00pm to 7.00pm, Sunday: 9.00am to 12.00pm

New Hall Primary: Monday or Tuesday: 4.15pm to 6.00pm

Chase Terrace Academy: Sunday: 2.15pm to 4.00pm

Grove Vale: Monday: 4.00pm to 6.00pm, Sunday: 9.00am to 11.00am

 

Please make sure:

  • the exact money is placed in an envelope

  • no change will be given

  • the following information is written on or included in the envelope:

    • child’s name

    • pool

    • day they swim

    • time they swim

    • badges you want to order

    • ​

If this information is missing, your badge order may not be processed.

Badges will then be available to collect in the second week back of the new half term.
